At Triband, we’re always looking for creative, curious, and passionate people who can bring something new to our team. We value individuals who challenge our ideas and push us to think differently about how we make our comedy games.

Finding the right fit matters more to us than filling positions quickly — so our hiring process may take a bit of time. But rest assured, we personally review and respond to every application for our open roles.

    At Triband, we aim high — but we also respect life outside of work. Most of our team works from 9:30 to 17:30, with flexible hours to fit personal needs, whether that means adjusting for kids’ schedules or your own creative rhythm.

    We believe that crunch culture has no place in game development. Our focus is on sustainable creativity — making great comedy games without burning out the people behind them.

  • Hands-on and collaborative
    Every team member is actively involved in shaping both our projects and our studio culture. You’ll have the freedom to contribute ideas, experiment, and directly influence the direction of new games.

  • Central Copenhagen office
    Our cozy office is located right by the lakes in central Copenhagen — just five minutes from the train and Metro. We also offer remote-friendly positions for those who prefer flexibility while staying connected to our creative community.

    Playable jokes, long horses, everything is golf, trippy frog kings, stretchy walrus and what not?

    Shared lunch (also vegetarian/vegan options), and all the drinks you can manage

  • I’m not in Copenhagen, can I apply?
     Absolutely! The entire interview process can be done remotely. Some positions are also fully remote. While we don’t yet have a fixed relocation package, we’re happy to explore solutions together.

  • Can I apply for remote work?
     Yes — it depends on the specific role and team. We support remote collaboration where it makes sense for the project.

  • Can I apply for part-time even if it says full-time?
     Sure! We have several team members working part-time for various personal reasons. Flexibility matters more to us than rigid schedules.

  • Is the office wheelchair accessible?
     Yes, our Copenhagen office is fully accessible.

  • I can start in N months, does that make sense?
     Definitely. We value finding the right people over filling a position quickly.

  • I already have a job but I’m looking for something new?
     Perfect! Don’t worry — we’ll keep things confidential.

  • How does the process work?
